Child Transfer Center
The Children’s Rights Council is a not for profit organization that assists the children of separation, divorce, and the never married during the stresses of family breakup. The Potomac Safe Haven Transfer Center provides a safe and monitored environment where children can be exchanged for weekend visitation. Monitors are present while the parents meet on Friday evening to exchange the child(ren), and again for their return on Sunday evening. Referrals will be made through the Courts and through attorneys, counselors, mediators and social workers. The Center operates during the scheduled hours outlined below.
