Child Transfer Center
The Children’s Rights Council is a not for profit organization that assists the children of separation, divorce, and the never married during the stresses of family breakup. The Potomac Safe Haven Transfer Center provides a safe and monitored environment where children can be exchanged for weekend visitation. Monitors are present while the parents meet on Friday evening to exchange the child(ren), and again for their return on Sunday evening. Referrals will be made through the Courts and through attorneys, counselors, mediators and social workers. The Center operates during the scheduled hours outlined below. ®The Children’s Rights Council (CRC) requires CRC membership ($50.00) for families (both mothers and fathers) who attend and who are referred from counties other than Prince George’s County and the District of Columbia. Centers in Prince George’s and the District are partially funded by grants.
CRC encourages all families to become CRC members.
