We’ve tallied
the results from “MDG Sunday - July 1, 2007.” On the 40
Commitment Forms received, members of
our congregation report:
• 18 folks committed to 0.7% giving
• 13 more intend to move toward 0.7% giving
• 4 have joined ONE Episcopalian
• 6 have joined the ONE Campaign
• 29 have committed themselves to prayer in support of the MDGs
• 12 are volunteering time to MDG-related organizations
• 22 are committed to telling others
Those who
entered dollar amounts reported donations totaling $23,929/year.

Funds contributed on July 1 total $1,330 for Episcopal Relief and Development (including undesignated donations and cash); $840 for GAVI Alliance; $100 for CARE; and $50 for Heifer International. These will be forwarded immediately.
If you missed MDG Sunday and would like to be counted, forms and “Where to Give” suggestions are on the table in the foyer of the church. You can seal your form with the 0.7% stickers or put it in an envelope if you wish, then place it in the basket. Optional identifying information will be removed before tallying. Report as much or as little as you care to share. The aggregate information will be reported to Episcopalians for Global Reconciliation and to our diocese.
