For All the Saints - Parish Art Project

Let His Light Shine Through You

A parish-wide project on Sunday, October 21 was held as we prepared for All Saints Day on Nov. 4. After both services, an opportunity was provided to produce a "stained glass window" using wax paper panels and permanent markers. Artists of all ages made a "window"  as a saint of God with standard symbols or with images that reflect the unique gifts and talents that each person  brings to the Body of Christ. Resources are available to inspire.

As we offer ourselves to the Lord on All Saints Day, we'll have colorful windows through which His light will shine!

Let His Light Shine Through You

You're invited to participate in a parish-wide project on Sunday, October 21 as we prepare for All Saints Day on Nov. 4. After both services, you'll have the opportunity to produce a "stained glass window" using wax paper panels and permanent markers. Make a "window" of yourself as a saint of God with standard symbols or with images that reflect the unique gifts and talents that you bring to the Body of Christ. Resources will be available to inspire you. As we offer ourselves to the Lord on All Saints Day, we'll have colorful windows through which His light will shine! Children in the undercroft will also be working on this project so, parents, be sure to ask them about it!
