Our congregation at St. James’ Episcopal Church in Potomac, MD has a worship program in which God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – is worshipped in spirit and in truth, in all the richness of our Episcopal liturgical tradition. A rich music program and Christian Education are important parts of your worship life.

We have varied opportunities for our parishioners to support and participate in outreach and evangelism activities.

St. James’ has a model Children’s School for infants and young children which serves as a major focus for outreach activity of the parish.

Our spacious parish hall is used by the St. James' Children School and many parish events. It is also available for rent for meetings and receptions

Prison Aftercare Ministry and has prepared Videos and Guidebooks which are available to other churches and interested groups who may be interested in creating a prison aftercare ministry program and to help in the training of volunteers to do prison ministry.
