Feast of the Epiphany Service and Parish Dinner
Celebrating Epiphany, Saturday, January 8, 2011

This beautiful service of light and darkness with many candles featured special altar decorations, lots of candles, three singing wise men (Roger East, Michael Brown, and Bill Josey), a soprano solo by Cheryl Stafford, and members of the combined choirs (St. James’ Singers and the Credo Choir). Susann Haskins's dramatic presentation of the story/sermon, entitled "How the Christmas Star Got Its Light," was memorable. The St. James’ Youth Group again did yeoman service in providing a spaghetti dinner for all of us to enjoy.
