The Children’s Rights Council (CRC) is a non-profit organization that assists the children of separation, divorce, and the never-married during the stresses of family breakup. The Child Transfer Center (CTC) provides a safe and monitored environment where children can be exchanged for weekend visitation. Monitors are present while the parents meet on Friday evening to exchange the child(ren), and again for their return on Sunday evening. The CTC operates during the scheduled hours outlined below. Referrals must be made to the CTC Director prior to using the CTC. The CTC can accept referrals from the courts, attorneys, counselors, mediators and social workers.
